Who could foretell the outcome?
Who can see the end? Figuratively: who knows how things will unfold in the future (the word yeshurena means “will see it”).

מִי יוּכַל לִרְאוֹת אֶת סוֹפוֹ? בְּהַשְׁאָלָה: מִי יוֹדֵעַ כֵּיצַד יִתְגַּלְגְּלוּ הַדְּבָרִים בֶּעָתִיד ( יְשׁוּרֶנָּה מַשְׁמָע יִרְאֶה אוֹתָהּ).
