Everlasting Possession / Everlasting Heritage
A heritage or estate owned in perpetuity; land or property that remains permanently in one’s possession.

נַחֲלָה. בַּעֲלוּת בִּמְקַרְקְעִין שֶׁאֵינָהּ מֻגְבֶּלֶת בִּזְמַן.
