Even if he tarries, he will surely come; even though he delays, he will come
The matter will surely come, even if it is delayed. Hope for the coming of the Messiah.
("For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but it speaks of the end and does not lie; though it may tarry, wait for it, because it will surely come, it will not delay." - Habakkuk 2:3. And likewise: "I believe with complete faith in the coming of the Messiah, and even though he may tarry, I will wait for him every day that he will come." - from the prayer)
