No dew and no rain
It is not fitting that dew and rain should fall. An expression to convey mourning and sorrow.

לֹא רָאוּי שֶׁיֵּרְדוּ טְלָלִים וּגְשָׁמִים. בִּטּוּי לְהַבָּעַת אֵבֶל וְיָגוֹן.
