Strive not to be a person known to the authorities, especially when it concerns a bad government.

הִשְׁתַּדֵּל לֹא לִהְיוֹת אָדָם הַמֻּכָּר לְרָשׁוּיוֹת הַשִּׁלְטוֹן, בְּעִקָּר כַּאֲשֶׁר מְדֻבָּר בְּשִׁלְטוֹן רַע.
