Amen said in haste/an "orphaned" Amen/shortened Amen
'Amen said in haste' means responding 'Amen' before hearing the end of the entire blessing recited. An 'orphaned Amen' is saying 'Amen' too long after the blessing has finished. A 'shortened Amen' is saying 'Amen' while omitting one of the letters that make up the word 'Amen'.

'אָמֵן חֲטוּפָה' הִיא עֲנִיַּת 'אָמֵן' לְפָנַי שְׁמִיעַת סִיּוּם כָּל הַבְּרָכָה שֶׁנֶּאֶמְרָה. 'אָמֵן יְתוֹמָה' הִיא אֲמִירַת 'אָמֵן' לְאַחַר זְמַן אָרֹךְ מִדַּי מֵהָרֶגַע שֶׁהִסְתַּיְּמָה הַבְּרָכָה.
