Righteous people who know how to perform miracles. Or by extension: people of action. People who know how to accomplish things successfully. A person who is well-versed in the world of deeds and practicality.

צַדִּיקִים הַיּוֹדְעִים לַעֲשׂוֹת נִסִּים. אוֹ בְּהַשְׁאָלָה: אַנְשֵׁי בִּצּוּעַ. אֲנָשִׁים שֶׁיּוֹדְעִים לְבַצֵּעַ דְּבָרִים בְּצוּרָה מֻצְלַחַת. אָדָם הַבָּקִי בָּעוֹלָם הָעֲשִׂיָּה וְהַפְּעַלְתָּנוּת.
