Literally from Aramaic: Physician, heal your own limp (your lameness). By extension: Fix yourself before you come to fix or preach to me.

מִלּוּלִית מֵאֲרַמִּית: רוֹפֵא רַפֵּא פִּסְּחוּתְךָ (צְלִיעָתְךָ), בְּהַשְׁאָלָה: תְּתַקֵּן אֶת עַצְמְךָ לִפְנֵי שֶׁאַתָּה בָּא לְתַקֵּן אוֹתִי אוֹ לְהַטִּיף לִי.
