Speech containing a slight trace of slander, or implying something negative about a particular person.

דִּבּוּר שֶׁיֵּשׁ בּוֹ מְעַט לָשׁוֹן הָרַע, אוֹ דִּבּוּר שֶׁיֵּשׁ בּוֹ לִרְמֹז עַל דָּבָר רַע בְּנוֹגֵעַ לְאָדָם מְסֻיָּם.
