A representative or power of attorney. A delegate authorized to sign in the name of another person. A lawyer who represents someone.

נָצִיג אוֹ מְיֻפֵּה כֹּחַ. שָׁלִיחַ שֶׁמֻּסְמָךְ לַחְתֹּם בִּשְׁמוֹ שֶׁל אָדָם אֶחָד. עוֹרֵךְ דִּין הַמְּיַצֵּג אָדָם.
