Sinner/ transgressor
A person who sins or one who commits a transgression. A person who performs transgressions.

אָדָם חוֹטֵא אוֹ מִי שֶׁבִּצֵּעַ עֲבֵרָה. אָדָם שֶׁמְּבַצֵּעַ עֲבֵרוֹת.
