A party to a judicial process. A person who has a legal dispute with another.

צַד לַהֲלִיךְ מִשְׁפָּטִי. אָדָם שֶׁיֵּשׁ לוֹ עִמּוּת מִשְׁפָּטִי עִם אַחֵר.
