Master of Ability, Master of Abilities
One skilled in performing a task. Or: one possessing financial means for various investments.
("And the matter in both is that he should believe in his heart that the Holy One, blessed be He alone, is Master of ability at the beginning and at the end; He is the One who can do and cancel, and they shall not listen to soothsayers, astrologers, diviners, or magicians" - Ramban, Genesis chapter 17)

בַּעַל כִּשּׁוּרִים טוֹבִים לְבִצּוּעַ מְשִׂימָה. אוֹ: בַּעַל אֶמְצָעִים כַּסְפִּיִּים לְהַשְׁקָעוֹת שׁוֹנוֹת.
