Blessed is the Place; blessed is He
Figuratively: ‘thank God’; ‘praise be to God.
(And so they would say, 'Blessed is the Place; blessed is He' because no disqualified person was found in the seed of Aaron, and blessed is He who chose Aaron and his sons to stand and serve before the Lord in the Holy of Holies - Midot 5:4.)
