Lack of activity and idleness lead a person to seek excitement and satisfy impulses.

חֹסֶר מַעֲשׂ וּבַטָּלָה מְבִיאִים אֶת הָאָדָם לְחַפֵּשׂ רִיגּוּשִׁים וְסִפּוּק יְצָרִים.
