עַרְכָּאָה שִׁפּוּטִית. בֵּית מִשְׁפָּט הֲמִתְיַחֵד בְּמוּמְחִיוּת מִשְׁפָּטִית לְנוֹשֵׂא מְסֻיָּם, כְּמוֹ בֵּית הַדִּין לְדִינֵי עֲבוֹדָה, בֵּית הַדִּין הָרַבָּנִי, בֵּית דִּין הַמִּשְׁמַעְתִּי וְכָו (בַּמָּקוֹר: בֵּית מִשְׁפָּט בְּאוֹפֶן כְּלָלִי)
