Figuratively: a court or tribunal that judged with an incomplete panel, or without the full presence of judges during deliberations.

בִּמְלִיצָה: בֵּית דִּין אוֹ בֵּית מִשְׁפָּט שֶׁדָּנוּ בַּהֶרְכֵּב חָסֵר, אוֹ בְּלִי נוֹכְחוּת מְלֵאָה שֶׁל הַשּׁוֹפְטִים בְּדִין.
