Son of thirteen for the commandments
A person who, upon reaching the age of thirteen, is obligated in all the commandments of the Torah.
("Son of thirteen for the commandments, son of fifteen for study, son of eighteen for the wedding canopy, son of twenty to pursue, son of thirty for strength, son of forty for understanding, son of fifty for counsel, son of sixty for old age, son of seventy for grey hair, son of eighty for might, son of ninety for infirmity, son of a hundred as if dead and passed from the world" – Pirkei Avot 5:21; and likewise: "And even though he reached fifty, he is still like thirty in strength" – Bialik / Aryeh with a Body, I, 10)

אָדָם עִם הַגִּיעוֹ לְגִיל שְׁלוֹשׁ עֶשְׂרֵה מְחֻיָּב בְּכָל מִצְווֹת הַתּוֹרָה.
