By Cunning You Shall Make War for Yourself
It is important to prepare sophisticated plans in order to win the war. Strength alone is not enough; a wise strategy is required for the battle.

חָשׁוּב לְהָכִין תָּכְנִיּוֹת מְתֻחְכָּמוֹת כְּדֵי לְנַצֵּחַ בַּמִּלְחָמָה. לֹא דַּי בְּכֹחַ חָזָק אֶלָּא דְּרוּשָׁה תָּכְנִית חֲכָמָה בַּמַּעֲרָכָה.
