Grace / prayer after-meal
A blessing recited after eating bread. The blessing is composed of four principal blessings to which additional prayers are appended.
("The Rabbis taught, the order of Birkat Hamazon is as follows: The first blessing - the Blessing of the Sustainer, the second - the Blessing of the Land, the third - Builder of Jerusalem, the fourth - the Good and the Bestower" - Berachot 40b.)

בְּרָכָה הַנֶּאֱמֶרֶת לְאַחַר אֲכִילַת לֶחֶם. הַבְּרָכָה מֻרְכֶּבֶת מֵאַרְבַּע בְּרָכוֹת עִקָּרִיּוֹת כְּשֶׁאֲלֵיהֶן נִלְווֹת תְּפִלּוֹת נוֹסָפוֹת.
