The Blessing 'Shehakol'
A general blessing over types of finishing foods and drinks whose essence is 'that everything comes to be by His word' of the Holy One, blessed be He.
("One who drinks water to quench his thirst blesses 'Shehakol nihyeh bidvaro.' Rabbi Tarfón says: 'Creator of many souls and their needs'" - Berachot 44a, and also: "So too is his blessing 'Creator of the fruit of the tree,' and how he preceded and blessed on the pargiyot whose blessing is 'Shehakol' and they are not considered significant items as explained, and then he proceeds" - Rashi on Berachot 39a)

בְּרָכָה כְּלָלִית עַל סוּגֵי מַאֲכָלִים מְסַיְּמִים וּמַשְׁקָאוֹת שֶׁעִקָּרָהּ "שֶׁהַכֹּל נִהְיֶה בִּדְבָרוֹ" שֶׁל הקב"ה.
