In poetic usage: a morning without clouds. By extension: an ordinary morning; the morning of a good day (as 'עבים' means clouds).

("And as the light of morning, when the sun rises, a morning without clouds; when through shining after rain the grass springs out of the earth" – 2 Samuel 23:4. Also: "And it came to pass in the morning, the time of joyful hearts / a morning without clouds / and the man could confess his deed" – Isaac ibn Sahula (13th century), said to be in Ashdod; also: "The yielding of cows.
