גִּישַׁת הַדִּין הַיְּהוּדִי אוֹ הַדָּתִי בַּנּוֹשֵׂא. הַדֵּעוֹת הַמֻּבָּעוֹת לְגַבֵּי הַנּוֹשֵׂא בַּסִּפְרוּת הַתּוֹרָנִית.
