Words that already tire one from hearing them. They provoke bother. To speak wearisome, troublesome speeches.

דְּבָרִים שֶׁכְּבָר מְעַיֵּף לִשְׁמֹעַ אוֹתָם. מְעוֹרֵר טִרְחָה. דִּבֵּר דִּבּוּרִים טַרְחָנִיִּים.
