One who speaks flattering words with a smooth tongue; a deceiver who utters smooth speeches but harbors evil intentions in his heart.

מְדַבֵּר דִּבְרֵי חֲנֻפָּה בְּשָׂפָה חֲלָקָה. רַמַּאי הַמִּדְבָּר דִּבְרֵי חֲלָקוֹת אַךְ לִבּוֹ רוֹחֵשׁ מְזִמּוֹת.
