In for a penny, in for a pound
This principle, which began concerning a large sum, also applies regarding a small amount of money or a minor matter. The legal relation to a small sum must be identical to the relation that applies to large sums (originally: the prutah was a low-value coin used in the past and also in the early years of the state).
