דִּינֵי הַמִּתְיַחֲדִים לַיְּחָסִים בֵּין בְּנֵי זוּג בְּנוֹגֵעַ לְקִדּוּשִׁין, גֵּרוּשִׁין וְיַחֲסֵי מָמוֹן.
(מִכָּל מָקוֹם מֵאַחַר שֶׁאֵין שׁוּם דִּמְיוֹן בֵּין דִּינֵי אִישׁוּת לְדִינֵי תְּרוּמָה וְקָדָשִׁים, גַּם זֶה קָרוֹב לִפְשׁוּטוֹ שֶׁל מִקְרָא הוּא, שֶׁבְּוַדַּאי לֹא נִכְתְּבוּ זוֹ אֵצֶל זוֹ, אֶלָּא לְדַרְשָׂא"- רַבִּי אֵלִיָּהוּ מִזְרָחִי (הרא"ם) בְּמִדְבַּר פֶּרֶק ה)
