A dwelling used for habitation in a fixed manner. The opposite of a temporary dwelling.

דִּירָה הַמְּשַׁמֶּשֶׁת לִמְגוּרִים בְּאֹפֶן קָבוּעַ. הַהֶפֶךְ מִדִּירַת עֲרַאי.
