Words of falsehood and deceit. Words lacking any foundation with evil intent (בֶּלַע means deceit).

דִּבְרֵי שֶׁקֶר וּמִרְמָה. דְּבָרִים חַסְרֵי כָּל יְסוֹד עִם כַּוָּנָה רָעָה (בֶּלַע מַשְׁמָע מִרְמָה).
