Figuratively: absolutely none at all. Nothing exists whatsoever (the expression originates from the halachic assumption that things are usually permitted for use for the purpose of healing).

בְּהַשְׁאָלָה: אֵין כְּלָל וּכְלָל. אֵין בְּנִמְצָא בְּאֹפֶן מֻחְלָט (מְקוֹר הַבִּטּוּי בַּהֲנָחָה הַהִלְכָתִית שֶׁבְּדֶרֶךְ כְּלָל דְּבָרִים מֻתָּרִים בְּשִׁמּוּשׁ לְצֹרֶךְ רְפוּאָה).
