There is no wholeness in him. Full of flaws (Metom means a healthy or intact place in the body).

אֵין בּוֹ שְׁלֵמוּת. מָלֵא פְּגָמִים (מְתוֹם מַשְׁמָע מָקוֹם בָּרִיא בַּגּוּף).
