One man's misfortune is another's gain
Any misfortune that befalls one person may bring profit to another (such as a doctor, lawyer, or mechanic, who usually provide their services to people facing some problem).

כָּל צָרָה שֶׁיֵּשׁ לָאָדָם אֶחָד יְכוֹלָה לְהָבִיא רָוַח לָאָדָם אַחֵר ( כְּמוֹ רוֹפֵא, עו"ד, אוֹ מִתְקַן מְכוֹנִיּוֹת שֶׁמַּעֲנִיקִים שֵׁרוּתֵיהֶם בְּדֶרֶךְ כְּלַל לַאֲנָשִׁים עִם בְּעָיָה כָּלְשֶׁהִי).
