There is no place in the land empty of the Divine Presence
There is no place in the land where the Divine Presence is not found. The Holy One, blessed be He, is present everywhere (similar to the verse in II Chronicles 16:9: 'For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth.' See also: 'There is no place empty of Him').

אֵין מָקוֹם בָּאָרֶץ שֶׁהַשְּׁכִינָה אֵינָהּ נִמְצֵאת בּוֹ. הקב"ה נִמְצָא בְּכָל מָקוֹם (בְּדוֹמֶה לָאָמוּר בַּפָּסוּק בְּדִבְרֵי הַיָּמִים ב טז ט: "כִּי ה'- עֵינָיו מְשֹׁטְטוֹת בְּכָל הָאָרֶץ. רְאֵה גַּם: "לֵית אֲתָר פָּנוּי מִנֵּיהּ").
