One kingdom does not touch the other, even by the thickness of a hair
Each kingdom has its own territory and does not interfere in the affairs of its neighboring kingdom. By extension: each governing body has its own authority and cannot interfere in the authority of another body that has its own powers ('נימה' means 'thread').
