A person who studies and reviews the material one hundred and one times knows it better than someone who reviewed it only one hundred times. By extension: extensive repetition improves learned knowledge.

מִי שֶׁלּוֹמֵד וְחוֹזֵר עַל הַחֹמֶר הַלִּמּוּדִי מֵאָה וְאַחַת פַּעַם יוֹדֵעַ אוֹתוֹ טוֹב יוֹתֵר מִמִּי שֶׁשִּׁנֵּן אוֹתוֹ רַק מֵאָה פְּעָמִים. בְּהַשְׁאָלָה: הַשִּׁנּוּן הַמְּרֻבֶּה מְשַׁפֵּר יוֹתֵר אֶת הַיֶּדַע הַנִּלְמָד.
