הָעֹנֶשׁ שֶׁמֵּטִיל הַשּׁוֹפֵט עַל נֶאֱשָׁם. הֵטִיל עֹנֶשׁ בְּמִסְגֶּרֶת מִשְׁפָּט שֶׁנֶּעֱרַךְ.
