Missed the Commandment
Late in performing a mitzvah on time. Spoilt the opportunity to perform the mitzvah.

אִחֵר בַּעֲשִׂיַּת הַמִּצְוָה בִּזְמַנָּהּ. הִפְסִיד אֶת הַהִזְדַּמְּנוּת לַעֲשׂוֹת אֶת הַמִּצְוָה.
