Invalidation of a vow, breaking a vow (breaking vows)
Not fulfilling the thing which one vowed to do. Causing a vow that was sworn not to be carried out in action.
("If a man breaks vows that are bound to break a prohibition, he shall not break vows that are not bound to break a prohibition" - Vows 10:7, and so: "If a Nazirite says, 'I have conceived within thirty days,' even though she has been married within thirty days, he may not break her vow. And it is with the permission of the husband who breaks it for her" - Vows 10:9)

לֹא קִיֵּם אֶת הַדָּבָר שֶׁהוּא נָדַר לַעֲשׂוֹת. גָּרַם לְנֶדֶר שֶׁנִּנְדֹּר שֶׁלֹּא יִתְבַּצֵּעַ בְּפֹעַל.
