His Time Has Come, His Day Has Come
The appointed time for him has come. The fitting hour has arrived for him (see also "the time has come").

הִגִּיעַ הַזְּמַן הַמְּיֹעָד לוֹ. הִגִּיעָה הַשָּׁעָה הָרְאוּיָה עֲבוּרוֹ (רְאֵה גַּם "הִגִּיעָה הָעֵת").
