He Permitted the Vow (Annulment of Vows/ release from one's vow by a Rabbi on conviction that it was wrongly taken
Annul the validity of the vow. Bring the vow to me in such a way that it is not valid. You have made a vow in a way that is not valid by a wise person who has determined that the vow is not valid (a vow is a religious obligation).
("The mountains heard the Lord's rebuke (Micah 6:2) - and they found no way to release Jephthah's vow, which was a head in the Torah, and the Blessed One raised up the people from among them, and from among them, so that they would not release his vow, and he went up and sacrificed before the Blessed One, and the Holy Spirit cried out and said, "Souls, would I require that you offer before me, which I have not commanded?!" - Midrash A legend (Buber) read chapter 27, and it says: "But what does the Talmud say, 'And Moses spoke to the heads of the tribes?' - The scripture came to teach you that there is no permission to make vows except from the mouth of a drunkard" - Book of the Desert, Parashat, Verse 8)
