הוּמַת אוֹ נִרְצַח עַל פִּי פְּקֻדָּה אוֹ פְּסַק דִּין. הֲמָתַת אָדָם בִּידֵי רָשׁוּת שִׁלְטוֹנִית אוֹ חַיָּלִים.
