A man of duplicity
A fickle person who does not have a constant opinion. One who changes his mind frequently. Or: a person who is not steady in his ways (tehapuchot means inconsistent actions).

אָדָם הֲפַכְפַּךְ שֶׁאֵינוֹ בַּעַל דֵּעָה קְבוּעָה. מִי שֶׁהוֹפֵךְ אֶת דַּעְתּוֹ לְעִתִּים תְּכוּפוֹת. אוֹ: אָדָם שֶׁאֵינוֹ יַצִּיב באורחות חַיָּיו (תהפוכות מַשְׁמָע מַעֲשִׂים הפכפכים).
