Man of Terumot
A noble person. A person with exalted deeds. Someone who has performed important and good deeds (originally, 'terumot' implied deceit).
("A king by justice establishes the land, but a man of terumot destroys it" – Proverbs 29:4, and also: "What is meant by the verse (Proverbs 29) 'A king by justice establishes the land, but a man of terumot destroys it'? If a judge is like a king, needing nothing, he establishes the land; but if he is like a priest who goes to the threshing floors, he will destroy it" – Sanhedrin 7b)

אָדָם נֶאֱצָל. אִישׁ בַּעַל מַעֲשִׂים תְּרוּמִיִּים (מַעֲשִׂים שֶׁל נְתִינָה וּתְרוּמָה). אָדָם שֶׁעָשָׂה מַעֲשִׂים חֲשׁוּבִים וְטוֹבִים (בַּמָּקוֹר בַּפָּסוּק הַמִּקְרָאִי תְּרוּמוֹת מַשְׁמָע מִרְמָה).
