Respect your doctor so that you should not need him
Always respect the doctor, for you may need him one day. Or: Honor your doctor so that you may not come to need him.

יֵשׁ לְכַבֵּד תָּמִיד אֶת הָרוֹפֵא, בִּמְיֻחָד לְאוֹר הָעֻבְדָּה כִּי יִתָּכֵן וְתִּצְטָרֵךְ לוֹ. אוֹ: כַּבֵּד אֶת רוֹפַאֲךָ כְּדֵי שֶׁלֹּא תִּצְטָרֵךְ לוֹ.
