Too many sailors sink the ships/ too many cooks spoil the broth
Figuratively: when many people manage or handle a particular matter, there is a danger that it will fail or be mishandled; when there is no single leadership, management breaks down. ‘A pot with many partners is neither hot nor cold’ (literally, ḥovlim means sailors).

בְּהַשְׁאָלָה: כְּשֶׁהַרְבֵּה אֲנָשִׁים מְנַהֲלִים אוֹ מְטַפְּלִים בְּדָבָר מְסֻיָּם קַיֶּמֶת סַכָּנָה שֶׁהַדָּבָר יִכָּשֵׁל אוֹ שֶׁהַטִּפּוּל יִהְיֶה קְלוֹקֵל. כְּשֶׁאֵין הַנְהָגָה אַחַת הַנִּהוּל נִכְשַׁל.
