הַעֲרָכָה כְּלָלִית אוֹ שִׁקּוּל דַּעַת שֶׁבֵּית דִּין מֻסְמָךְ לְהַפְעִיל כְּדֵי לְהַגִּיעַ לְהַכְרָעָה צוֹדֶקֶת, גַּם בְּהֵעָדֵר רְאָיוֹת מֻחְלָטוֹת.
