Descended to the Lowest Level
Metaphorically: descended to a low rank. Found at a low level, or in a state of behavioral or economic decline.

בְּהַשְׁאָלָה: יָרַד לְדַרְגָּה נְמוּכָה. נִמְצָא בְּרָמָה נְמוּכָה אוֹ מָצוּי בְּשֵׁפֶל הִתְנַהֲגוּתִי אוֹ כַּלְכָּלִי.
