מוּדָעוּת לַנְּסִיבּוֹת בְּיעֵת בִּצּוּעַ עֲבָרֶיהָ וְכַוָּונָה פְּלִילִית. מֻונָּח מִשְׁפָּטִי הַמִּתְיַחֵס לְאֶחָד הַמַּרְכִּיבִים שֶׁבְּהַגְדָּרַת בִּצּוּעַ עֲבֵרָה, הַכּוֹלֶלֶת עֲשִׂיַּת מַעֲשֶׂה אָסוּר יַחַד עִם יְסוֹד נַפְשִׁי.
