A traditional blessing recited upon seeing a new settlement established in the Land of Israel.

("‘The houses of the mighty shall be plundered, but the widow’s boundary shall be established’ — Proverbs 15:25. And so: ‘The Rabbis taught: One who sees the houses of Israel in their settlement says — Blessed is the One Who establishes the widow’s boundary; in their destruction he says — Blessed is the True Judge’ — Berachot 58b.
