דָּן אוֹתוֹ לְכַף זְכוּת
פֵּרֵשׁ אוֹ הִסְבִּיר אֶת הִתְנַהֲגוּתוֹ בְּצוּרָה טוֹבָה שֶׁאֵין בָּהּ פְּגָם. מְצָא נִמּוּקִים לְחֹסֶר אַשְׁמָתוֹ.שָׁפַט אוֹתוֹ וְזִכָּה אוֹתוֹ.
